Organ - round trip

Museum objects don't necessarily stay in museums forever. The recent return of the "Lade organ" from Ringve Museum to Vollan farm is a good example of this. The organ had been on semi-permanent loan to the museum since the early 1950's, but with the restoration of the chapel at Vollan farm , the owners were now interested in re-installing the organ there. This solution fits very well with Ringve Museums plans, also, since Ringve wishes to use the vacant space for a new exhibition.
